Behavior Data Collection Systems
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
The behavior systems below are the most complex sheets I’ve built. I have used them in my classroom to track upwards of five behaviors on a single student. The math for each calculation appears to check out for each behavior I’ve tracked. With that being said, PLEASE WATCH THE ACCOMPANYING VIDEO to learn how the systems work, and what you can and can not do with the sheets. These are STATIC SHEETS, meaning that you can not simply add and delete rows and columns. As soon as you do that, it disrupts formulas all over the place, making the sheets non-functional.
Partial Interval Behavior System- Block Schedule
Developed for my classroom, and other secondary teachers, this highly detailed data collection system utilizes partial interval data collection to track 1-9 behaviors on a single student across a school day, broken into 26 intervals. Like all other sheets in my systems, you are rewarded with visually rich data entry/output, graphs for each behavior you’re tracking, as well as a progress report statement that utilizes data/date range function for more accurate reporting. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE USING.
